The creamy Rum cocktail with Banana liqueur
- 1 part light Rum
- 1 part banana liqueur (Creme de Bananes)
- 1 part orange juice
- 1 part fresh cream
- a dash of Angostura
- ice cubes
- hurricane glass (or a regular highball glass)
How to mix a Trinidad Banana
For a Trinidad Banana cocktail shake the ingredients along with some ice cubes in a shaker. Fill a hurricane glass (or a regular highball glass) with ice cubes. Then strain (ice cubes used for shaking stay in the shaker) the drink over the ice cubes into the glass. Garnish with banana and cocktail cherries on a stick.
