An easy cocktail recipe for a
Pink Rose Fizz
The classic gin cocktail with lemon juice and egg white
Ingredients
- 4 parts gin
- 2 parts lemon juice
- 2 parts sugar syrup
- 1 part grenadine syrup
- 1 egg white
- 6 parts sparkling water (soda)
- ice cubes
- highball glass
How to mix a Pink Rose Fizz
For a Pink Rose Fizz put all ingredients, except the sparkling water, and some ice cubes in a shaker and mix. Strain (the ice cubes you used for mixing stay in the shaker) into an ice-cube-filled highball glass and fill with sparkling water. Stir slightly.
Bartender’s tips and advice
- Make sure to use a really fresh egg.
- If possible use fresh squeezed lemon juice. There´s at least 1 oz. (= 3 cl) of juice in every lemon.
