Bartender’s tips and advice
- If possible use fresh squeezed orange juice for the this cocktail. There´s at least 1 1/2 oz. (= 4,5 cl = 1 shot) of juice in every orange.
- About the cocktail’s history: the Hurricane cocktail was created in the Irish bar “Pat O’Brien’s” in New Orleans/USA – a city that unfortunately has to cope with hurricanes on a regular basis.
