Francesca Crusta
The vodka cocktail with pineapple and grapefruit
Ingredients
- 1 part curacao blue
- 1 part pineapple juice
- 1 part grapefruit juice
- 2 parts vodka
- ice cubes
- hurricane glass (if not available: highball glass)
How to mix a Francesca Crusta
For a Francesca Crusta cocktail put some lemon juice on the rim of the hurricane glass (or highball glass in case you don’t own a hurricane glass). Put the glass upside down in a bowl filled with sugar to create the sugar rim. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Then shake all ingredients with some ice cubes. Strain into the glass and garnish with a twisted lemon peel.

- Always try to use fresh squeezed lime juice for the Francesca Crusta. With fresh pineapple juice it tastes even better!
