- 5 parts cognac (brandy)
- 1 part sugar syrup

How to mix a Brandy Flip
For a Brandy Flip cocktail shake the cognac, egg, sugar syrup along with several ice cubes very well in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass (the ice cubes remain in the shaker). If you like top the drink with nutmeg.

- Make sure the egg is really fresh!
- Top the drink with vanilla or cinnamon instead of nutmeg.
- For a variation of the drink, use only the egg yolk and not the whole egg.
