• 2 parts vodka
• 1 part Blue Curacao
• 5 parts pineapple juice
• 1 part cream of coconut
• 1 part cream
ice cubes, crushed ice
hurricane glass (if you don't have one: longdrink glass)
Fill fancy glass or longdrink glass with crushed ice. Mix all ingredients with ice cubes in a shaker and strain into the glass (the ice cubes stay in the shaker). Garnish with pineapple slice and cocktail cherry.
Some refer to the Swimming Pool
as a modern variation of the Pina Colada. The rum is replaced
by vodka, the Blue Curacao changes the color of the drink.
