Stir whisky, Angostura, sugar syrup and some ice cubes in a
glass. Strain into a cocktail glass (the ice cubes stay in the glass you've used for stiring).
If you can get any juice out of the lemon peel twist, squeeze this into the drink before you add the twist.
Add a cocktail cherry and serve.
