3 parts gin
1 part Cointreau
1 part grenadine syrup
1 part lemon juice
1 egg yolk

ice cubes

cocktail glass

Put all ingredients and some ice cubes in a shaker and mix. Strain into a cocktail glass (the ice cubes stay in the shaker).

If possible use fresh squeezed lemon juice for the Sifi Flip. There´s at least 1 oz. (= 3 cl) of juice in every lemon.
