For a Mai Tai mix all ingredients, except the lime,
with ice cubes in a shaker. Cut the lime into eight pieces,
put them in a longdrink glass and squeeze them. Fill the glass
with crushed ice and strain the mix into the
glass (the ice cubes stay in the shaker). Stir. Garnish
with a piece of pineapple, a cocktail cherry and a mint sprig.
