5 parts cognac (brandy)
1 part sugar syrup
1 egg
nutmeg
ice cubes
cocktail glass
Shake the cognac, egg, sugar syrup along with several ice cubes very well in a shaker.
Strain into a cocktail glass (the ice cubes remain in the shaker). If you like top the drink
with nutmeg.
Make sure the egg is really fresh!
Top the drink with vanilla or cinnamon instead of nutmeg.
For a variation of the drink, use only the egg yolk and not the whole egg.
