• 1 part Aperol
• 1 part dry vermouth (e.g. Martini extra dry)

Put gin, aperol and some ice cubes in a glass and stir. Strain (ice cubes remain in the glas used for stiring) into a cocktail glass and garnish with twist of orange peel.
